Duties and rights of citizens in relation to services Every citizen has the right to request the services of the National Police.

When doing so, you must:

  • To receive courteous and courteous treatment from the officer or police officer providing the service.

  • To obtain information and guidance on the requirements for the various services offered by the law enforcement agency.

Every citizen has a duty to the National Police to:

  • Treat police officers providing you with respect and dignity.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and reliable information regarding any complaint or claim.
  • Submit required documentation promptly.
  • Respect established service hours.
  • Report any irregularities in the services provided.
